Where are your products made?
Our products are handmade in our professional kitchen in Northern Beaches. We bake from scratch and make our Madeleines fresh every day on demand.
Where are your ingredients from?
Quality is an absolute priority in the making of our products. We have gone to great lengths to source the best products.
We use fresh and locally sourced ingredients, no preservatives. The only imported ingredient is our high quality french butter which made our products so special.
All your Madeleines and Langues-de-Chats contain : gluten, lactose, eggs and contain or may contain traces of nuts.
We do not make gluten free Madeleines and Biscuits at the moment.
How long do your Madeleines last?
All our Madeleines and Langues-de-Chats are handmade fresh every day and have no preservatives. Therefore, we highly recommend eating them on the day of purchase where they will be at their best freshness. Since we do not use preservatives in our products, our desserts are best served sooner than later and at room temperature.
If you ever have some leftovers, keep them shielded from light and humidity, in an air-tight container and the softness will last for a week.
We do NOT recommend to store them in the fridge.
The apparence of the product especially those with chocolate or icing, may change with the time, but this will not alter the taste.
Where do you deliver to ?
We are based in Northern Beaches and deliver in Mosman to Palm Beach all to the following places: Residential, office, Hospitals, schools/Universities, function centers.
If you require a large quantity of our products, delivery can be made directly to your event venue to the following Sydney suburbs: Northern Beaches, Eastern Beaches, Sydney CBD
- please provide the following:- venue address (and venue name where applicable)
- contact person or event co-ordinator name
- contact phone/mobile number
- times available for delivery
- any special delivery or setup instruction
We use a personal delivery service so someone must be available to accept the order or prior arrangements made with us.
When should I place my order?
All our Madeleines and Langues-de-Chats are baked to order for you to enjoy them at the top of their freshness.
The cut-off time for our Madeleines and Langues-de-Chats is 4pm two days before. You will receive a notification once your order is on its way.
We deliver from Monday to Friday. If you need your delivery on a weekend drop us a line we will see the feasibility
Please make sure that someone will be able to receive the delivery at the specified delivery address as our products are not great at travelling back and forth!
If you want to receive your order on a specific day, please specify a date on the ‘Order note’ field at check out or drop us a line , and we will do our best to accommodate and suit you.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must notify us by email before 12:00 noon the day before your order was due to be picked up.
What if I miss the delivery?
Please make sure to correctly fill out the delivery form with all details our delivery partner should know about. If you have any additional information or special request (e.g. ‘Leave at the reception’), please add them during the checkout in the customer note field.
If you notice an error in the order confirmation you must notify us by email by 12.00 noon the day before the order is due to be collected.
It is also your responsibility that there is someone to accept the delivery at the address provided.
We cannot accept responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or because there is no-one to accept delivery.
If any issue arise while trying to deliver, our delivery partner will call the contact you provided. If he is unable to locate the recipient, he will leave it in a safe place.
If our delivery partner is directed to a loading bay or post room, we cannot accept responsibility for how our products are handled.
Please note that it is a freshly made product and we are unable to re-deliver. Once your order has been processed, we cannot offer a refund.
Once I place my order can I cancel?
You have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel it for a full refund.
Do you accept special orders?
We accept special orders, so please email to discuss your special order needs.
Additional costs may apply, and these will be disclosed before processing the order.

Which payment methods does Anna-Lei accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay. Credit card account will be charged when order is placed.
