When will I receive my order?

All our madeleines are baked to order for you to enjoy them at the top of their freshness.

All the orders have to be placed from 48h before the requested date. The cut-off time for our Madeleines and Langues-de-Chats is 4pm two days before.
We accommodate all orders within 1 to 2 business days, therefore you should receive your order within 2 to 3 business days*. You will receive a notification once your order is on its way.

We are based in Manly and only deliver from Mosman to Palm Beach.
Please make sure that someone will be able to receive the delivery at the specified address as our madeleines are not great for travelling back and forth!

If you want to receive your order on a specific day, please specify the date on the ‘Order note’ field at check out or drop us an email, and we will do our best to accommodate and suit your request.

If no one is there to receive the goods, they will be left in a safe place with delivery confirmation emails. These goods are perishable and will not survive next-day redelivery. Please note that it is a freshly made product, while all care is taken, we do not reship, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring the recipient (or another trusted person) will be at the designated location to receive our products.
